Phone Numbers
and Hours of Service

416-650-5050  main customer service line
Or save the toll and call your local number below
or the customer service number closest to your jobsite:

Local Customer Service numbers:
Toronto & GTA ..................................
Halton Region...................................
Durham Region.................................
Newmarket/Orangeville.......................
Hamilton...........................................
Niagara.............................................

Note: The above numbers are not branch numbers but rather regional /
local customer service numbers - all which will be answered by our
custom service people (Dispatchers, Coordinators, etc).
To contact a specific person or branch, see box below, right.

Hours of service: Technically, we never close.  For instance,
Dispatch (Option 1 when calling in) can be reached live and/or
be available for a return call 24/7, 365 days a year.  See next
for the best times to call for your various service needs.
And we will take bookings for service (in advance, of course)
for nearly any time 24-hours a day, any day of the week or year.
(Example: your request for an overnight service of breaking up
concrete in an active commercial facility can be accomodated.)

The automated attendant will give you 3 main options when you call:
1 - for our Bobcat or Excavation Service, machines with operator
Press 1 to be connected live to a Dispatcher 24/7
to answer your questions about rates, scheduling, etc,
Monday to Friday 7 AM to 7PM is always live, and at
other times you may get voicemail but do leave a detailed
message as the line is monitored and a prompt call back
to you will be made if warranted (ie urgent/emergency).
Same-day service is possible, so never hesitate to call,
but for best results we suggest you call as far in advance
as you can - certainly a week or more is a good idea.
(For weekend/holiday service book far in advance: 1 week++)
For best rates, always book by 4 PM 2 days beforehand.
Or email us to book - see top right for addresses and links.

2 - for Equipment Rentals, machines without operator
(and conveyors, compaction and other related power tools)
Press 2 to be connected live to a Rentals Coordinator
to answer your questions about rates, availability, etc,
Monday to Friday 7 AM to 6PM usually live, and at
other times you may get voicemail but do leave a detailed
message as the line is monitored and you will receive a return
call at the first opportunity when we are next open.
Same-day service is sometimes possible, so it never hurts to try,
but for best results we suggest you call as far in advance
as you can - ideally 3-4 days beforehand so we can reserve your
requested equipment and arrange for its delivery on time for you.
(For weekend/holiday rentals book far in advance: 1 week+)
We also have a direct line for rentals in the GTA: 647-460-5050

3 - for our Post Hole Service, augering fence and deck post holes,
Press 3 to be connected live to a Service Scheduler, to take your
service request (so we can begin to see where we can fit you in so
that you can benefit by the special low-pricing of this service offer),
Monday to Friday 7 AM to 7PM almost always live, and at
other times you may get voicemail but do leave a detailed
message as the line is monitored and you will receive a return
call at the first opportunity when we are next open.
The special low pricing of this service requires that you book as far
in advance as possible - sometimes we can get to you same day,
or within a day or two, but it could take up to 2 weeks, so book early.

4 - for all other calls. A 4th option is given as well, and that is for
any other call that doesn't fit one of the above 3 departments.
Such calls might be directed to a particular branch or operator
(see box beside for more on that), or may be accounting-related
or perhaps the caller is a salesperson, a supplier, or maybe a
machine operator who is looking for a job, or would like to join
our organization as an owner of one of our Franchised or Affiliate
branches.  In any case, these or similar calls should be directed to
option 4 (and be prepared to leave a voicemail in most cases), as
the people (Dispatchers, Coordinators, etc) in the other departments
(such as Bobcat Service, Rentals, etc) cannot be of any help in any
other matters other than their specific tasks of booking and scheduling.
Postal Mail
Physical Mailing Addresses

Franchisor
If you would like to send the Franchisor something by mail, for them specifically, or intended for another branch and to be passed on through our internal mail system, we will.
Here is the Franchisor's mailing address:

Individual Branches or Personnel
Contacting individual branches or people,
by phone, or mail

To set up a booking, request more service:
Please note: All bookings for service or rental requests should be done through the customer service numbers above/left (ie Dispatch) and not to or through the individual branch or operator.  When you call in to book the service, you may request a specific person as your operator - dispatch will try to accomodate your request if possible.

We don't publish branches' or operators' contact info
If you are looking to contact a particular branch or operator in particular, you will notice that we have listed generally a number of our branches and their approximate home-base locations on the Service Maps page.  However, we do no publish actual street addresses or individual branches' or operator's direct lines or cell numbers.
If you need to reach one of them, you either should have had their number already from your previous contact and business with them, but if not you can alwasys call in to Customer Service and select option 4, (general, for all other calls) which will allow you to leave a voicmail message which if you specify who it is for, it will be forwarded to them.  Alternatively, send them an email direcly here - as outlined above.
(When calling in to Customer Service, don't select options 1, 2, or 3 in hope of obtaining information or passing messages on regarinding individuals.  The dispatchers/coordinators will not be able to in making your making contact or giving out contact information, as has already been noted; they are only able to handle tasks specific to their realm of work - pricing, bookings and scheduling, and so on.)

Account Customers: Mailing in Payments
Each branch is a separate company, each handling their own billing and collecting and accounts receivable.  Please mail your payment to the particular branch who service you and billed you on that ocassion.  To do so, simply look at your bill - it always has the mailing address for that specific branch at the bottom right corner, by the HST number, etc. Customers who mail in their payment to our Franchisor address (Yonge St, Toronto, above) in error, will have their payments passed on to the correct branch though our internal mail system, but that will certainly delay your payment reaching the correct person/branch.

Other Customer-to-Branch Correspondence
Other than the mailing of payments, we recommend most other correspondence to a particular branch or operator be done by phone or email.  (Again, remembering that all bookings must be done through dispatch in all cases.)

Suppliers to Branches / Other Accounting Matters
Suppliers to individual branches should already have been given a direct phone number the mailing address by their customer (ie: he branch) directly at the time of purchase, as that transaction is strictly a private matter between the branch and suppliler only and does not concern other branches or individuals or the Franchisor itself, within our organization/group.  If you have somehow misplaced the contact information use the emailing addresses as outlined above, and/or contact us through Customer Service, Option 4 and we will pass your voicemail message along appropriately.
